T.C, Jessica and the rest of the staff made me feel from the start like we were friends and that they understood that I wanted a non traditional ceremony and a reception that felt like a cocktail party and not the usual wedding party. I cried when I saw how beautiful everything looked( it was just like my inspiration pics and it was spectacular!!!!!! The food, the attention to detail and the way I could relax and enjoy are just examples of the overall reasons why I would recommend and sing them praises. It was our perfect day and I couldn’t be more grateful that I chose this venue and these beautiful people to make that happen for us. On behalf of my husband and our guests we truly want to thank TC, Jessica, Armando, Henry and the rest of the staff for making us want to get married again on our 10 year anniversary this time bigger and better!!!!!!

We are so very thankful that we went with AisleGo to help coordinate our wedding. Our venue (Penthouse 45) had introduced us to them and mentioned that they had already organized events in their space, which gave us some extra comfort right off the bat. It was wonderful to be able to meet their key players prior to signing our contract. AisleGo arranged a “meet and greet” at Penthouse 45 where we got to speak to TC (the owner) along with the photographer and videographer that they contract with. Being able to see actual photos and videos that both the photographer/videographer took at the venue was so reassuring. We also got to sample the chef's appetizers and desserts. At a later date (after we signed our contract), we got to meet the chef and sample several of their entree options. After the meet and greet, we had no doubts that AisleGo was the right company for us. However, we had just found out that someone essential to our wedding had been diagnosed with cancer. We had no idea if we were going to have to change our wedding date to accommodate his treatment. That forced us to pause on signing the contract since the contract needed to be linked to a specific event day. We were upfront with TC and he was so extremely kind and empathetic. He allowed us some extra time to figure out the timeline while locking us into the rate that we would only have been offered that day at the event. I cannot express enough how much this kindness helped my emotional and mental health. Having a little more time to ensure that our loved one would be a part of our big day without feeling pressured to sign to lock in a rate. Just one of the many reasons we knew they were right for us. After signing the contract, which we did a little less than a year before our wedding date, we started building mood boards and coming up with ideas for the various parts of the day. Our coordinator, Jessica met with us several times before the summer to answer questions and arrange meetings with the chef. Once we got closer to the wedding day she handled so many of the details for us, leaving us to concentrate on what we found important without needing to make our own decisions on which of 100 different tablecloths we wanted to go with (though you could do that yourself if you wanted to!) AisleGo’s social media presence was exciting to view during the several months leading up to our wedding. Seeing the work that they have done with other couples continued to put me at ease and reinforce that we had made the right decision to go with them. These videos and photographs also offered us some ideas that we didn’t think of prior. Then, of course, the big day. Just wow. My mother still gushes about how incredibly nice the staff was, especially accommodating my father who just recently became visually impaired. During our event, they did several things that just completely elevated to the night. There was a monitor placed above the open bar that was already showing video clips of our wedding footage. Literally everyone was commenting on how cool that was to be able to see footage of our first look and other pictures that just occurred an hour earlier. They created simple yet elegant displays on the monitor for our seating chart and with our names and a NYC skyline. They were completely supportive of some of our non traditional ideas, were able to get us IPAs and also non alcoholic beers for the open bar, worked wonderfully with a flower vendor of my choosing, and at the end of the event even allowed our guests to take home bouquets of flowers that the venue was going to toss out. This might sound like such a small thing, but we had family and friends sending us pictures of these flowers in the vases they had at their homes and I just felt like it was magical for everyone to still have a piece of our wedding with them several days later. Overall, AisleGo was the perfect choice for us!
